Becher Munro & Company comprises of two partners and operates out of Sherwood Park, providing accounting and taxation services to owner-managed businesses and not-for-profit organizations.

Job Title: Articling Student

Job Specifications:

To be eligible for this position, you must meet the admission requirements for the CPA program or currently be enrolled in the program. You must have great time management and organizational skills, exceptional attention to detail and communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Job Duties:

Duties will include, but not be limited to, the following:

• preparing all aspects of compilation, review, and audit engagements
• preparing personal and corporate tax returns
• completing other filings as required, including GST returns, T4’s and T5’s.

Software to be used:

• Excel
• Profile
• Caseware
• QuickBooks
• Sage 50

We are a CPA Alberta approved training office. Candidates are reimbursed the cost of their CPAWSB courses upon successful completion. Dues and fees are also paid for on your behalf.
